By signing this document the applicant agrees that all information provided by the H.D.B.C & its membership is private & confidential. Any information received in written, verbal or electronic form cannot be used in any way unless expressed written permission is given by the provider of the information. The applicant agrees to adhere to all of the club´s written bylaws. Applicants are accepted as members after being elected into the club by a majority vote and after the standard three month probationary period as stated in the bylaws.
